1. Services
Business in a Box provides business setup assistance, website design, Microsoft 365 configuration, branding, and business guidance services. All services are subject to these terms and any additional agreement made between us and the client.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Discovery sessions require payment at the time of booking.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all bespoke designs, logos, and website content created for you become your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Cancellation
Discovery sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Project cancellations are subject to payment for work already completed.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
